Housed in the industry-standard 0.5 x 0.5-in. SMT package, the CVCO55CC-2440-2540 VCO operates from 2,440 to 2,540 MHz with a control-voltage range of 0.5 to 4.5 V. Features include an input voltage of 5 V, a current consumption of 40 mA max, a typical phase noise of –110 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset, and an output power of 3 dBm typ.
