VCO operates from 3,175 to 3,375 MHz

Housed in a 0.5 x 0.5-in. SMD package, the CVCO55CC-3175-3375 voltage-controlled oscillator operates from 3,175 to 3,375 MHz with a control-voltage range of 0.1 to 16 V. The VCO features a typical phase noise of −106 dBc/Hz at 10-kHz offset, an input voltage of 8.0 V, and a maximum current consumption of 35 mA.

Pulling and pushing are minimized to 3.00 MHz and 0.50 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is −15 dBc typ. ($19.52 ea/prod qty—available now.)
