The CVCO55CC-3750-3800 VCO operates from 3,750 MHz to 3,800 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5 to 16 V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of 105 dBc/Hz at 10-kHz offset. Output power is typically 2 dBm.

Housed in a 0.5- x 0.5-in. SMD package, the VCO offers an input voltage of 5 V, with a max. current consumption of 30 mA.
