Ideal for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations, the CVCO55CW-0800-1600 VCO operates from 800 to 1,600 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5 to 1 9 V. Features include a typical phase noise of −100 dBc/Hz at 10-kHz offset, an input voltage of 11.5 V, and a maximum current consumption of 30 mA.
