Ideal for use in applications such as telecommunications, computers, radio equipment, base stations and other electronic applications, the CRBV55CW-1000-2000 RedBox VCO operates from 1,000 to 2,000 MHz with a control voltage range of 1.0 to 20.0 V. The 1.25 x 1.25 x 0.58-in. VCO features a typical phase noise of 100 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset. Output power is typically 5.5 dBm.

Additional features include an input voltage of 10 V, with a max current consumption of 25 mA. Pulling and pushing are minimized to 15.0 MHz and 5.0 MHz/V, respectively. Second-harmonic suppression is –10 dBc typ. (Contact company for pricing and availability.)
