VCO operates over 2,300 to 2,450 MHz

The CVCO55CC-2300-2450 VCO operates from 2,300 to 2,450 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5 to 4.5 V. Specifications include a typical phase noise of –106 dBc/Hz at 10-kHz offset and an output power of typically 4 dBm.

Second-harmonic suppression is –15 dBc typ, and pulling and pushing are minimized to 0.5 MHz and 1.3 MHz/V, respectively. Housed in a 0.5 x 0.5-in. SMD package, the part also features an input voltage of 5 V with a maximum current consumption of 35 mA. ($18.46 ea/prod qty — available now.)
