The CVCO55CC-2515-2530 VCO operates from 2,515 to 2,530 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.3 to 4.7 V. This device offers a typical phase noise of –116 dBc/Hz at 10-kHz offset and an output power of 4.5 dBm typ. The VCO is ideal for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations.
Additional features include an input voltage of 5 V, a current consumption of 40 mA max, and a second-harmonic suppression of –25 dBc typ.
