VCO series operates from 800 to 4,000 MHz

The coaxial-based VCO series is available from 800 to 4,000 MHz, with further expansion to 7,000 MHz. The series features up to 10% bandwidths, with moderate output levels up to 8 dBm, supply voltage available from 3 to 12 Vdc, and tuning voltage up to 15 Vdc.
