Recently added to the HDMI-approved line of board connectors, a 1.6-mm vertical connector features a dual-shell design, with a larger-than-average outer shell with a resistance of 50 Ω max, that helps reduce the risk of EMI leakage and deformation during transport, installation or application.
Operating temperature is –55° to 85°C, contact resistance to 30 Ω. The connector also features tape-and-reel packaging, 21 contacts, and two additional ground pins to further improve EMI performance. (From $0.32 — available now.)
