VHF OCXO targets military apps

Suited for military, measurement, and telemetry applications, the C4550 VHF OCXO has an available frequency range of 50 to 125 MHz and temperature stabilities down to ± 30 pbb from –40° to 85°C. At 100 MHz, the C4550 can meet phase noise measurements of less than –130 dBc/Hz at 100-Hz offset and less than –165-dBc/Hz floor with a 5-V supply. The part measures 1 x 1 in.
