Video: Cypress Semiconductor’s Satish Iyer talks about the PSoC Analog Coprocessor Sensor Hub at Sensors Expo 2016

Satish Iyer, Cypress’s senior product marketing engineer for PSoC and MCU products, tells Jim Harrison about the company’s new PSoC Analog Coprocessor Hub, which targets the burgeoning Internet of Things market. The programmable chip, which uses the ARM Cortex-MO+ processor core, interfaces with any analog or digital sensor. The hub aggregates all the data, both analog and digital, to ease the load on the host processor. The hub works with Cypress’s PSoC Creator software, which enables you to program specific functions, such as opamps, filters, DACs, and ADCs, using the drag-and-drop tool.
