Vitesse has uveiled the 600 mW SimpliPHY VSC8601 and VSC8641, the industry’s lowest power and most integrated Gigabit Ethernet (GbE) PHYs.

Leveraging power, performance and integration, the VSC8601 and VSC8641 enable customers to accelerate the transition to GbE to support today’s bandwidth-intensive applications driven by converged data, voice and video traffic.
