The G4ADSP rugged 6U VME quad processor card addresses radar, sonar, image processing, and communications applications. The card has four Freescale MPC 7448 processors operating at up to 1.4 GHz, up to 2 Gbytes of DDR memory, four Gigabit Ethernet channels, and a PCI interface.
The card has PCI-X to all four nodes and to both PMC sites, four serial ports, and support for the VxWorks operating system. It is supported by the Advanced Multiprocessor Integrated Software development environment and is available in five ruggedization levels. (From $15,882 — available now.)
