The LTC6655 voltage reference features a 625-nVp-p (0.25-ppmp-p), from 0.1 to 10 Hz, noise level. It is a companion to high-resolution DACs and ADCs required by instrumentation and test equipment.

The voltage reference features a specified temperature range from –40° to 125°C supporting automotive and industrial applications. It achieves a drift <2 ppm/°C and an output voltage accurate to ±0.025%. The device is powered from as little as 500 mV above the output voltage, up to a maximum supply voltage of 13.2 V.
