Voltage reference ICs have 0.02% accuracy

The CAT8900 family of high-accuracy voltage reference ICs combines 0.02% initial accuracy ±0.5 mV, 800-nA supply current consumption, and a 20-ppm/°C temperature coefficient. The devices are replacements for bandgap references in portable applications including handheld medical devices, high resolution A/D and D/A converters, and precision regulator systems.

Voltage reference ICs have 0.02% accuracy

The reference IC family offers voltage reference of 1.024, 1.200, 1.250, 1.800, 2.048, 2.500, 2.600, 3.000, and 3.300 V. Custom voltages are available on request. Each reference is available in four accuracy grades: ±0.5, ±1.0, ±2.5, and ±5.0 mV. The devices source or sink up to 10-mA load current with 50 mV of dropout. Most applications do not require an output bypass capacitor. (Ea/10,000, price per initial accuracy: $0.60 for ±5.0 mV; $0.92 for ±2.5 mV; $1.55 for ±1.0 mV; and $2.44 for ±0.5 mV — available now.)
