The LT6657 ultra-stable bandgap voltage reference exhibits less than 1.5 ppm/°C of temperature drift (max, A-grade) and less than 30 ppm of long-term drift. Its 2.5 V output has an initial accuracy of ±0.1%.
The IC is fully specified for -40° to 125°C operation and features less than 0.5 ppmp-p of low frequency noise. It can operate on a supply voltage as low as 50 mV above the output and up to 40 V. Supply current is only 1.2 mA, and in shutdown mode only 4 µA. Prices start at $3.19 ea/1,000.
