The TLF 4277 single-chip linear LDO voltage regulator integrates diagnosis and car radio system protection functions. It targets active antenna applications in automotive infotainment systems. The LDO has adjustable output voltage to support the majority of standard active antennas, including FM/AM, digital audio broadcast, and the XM and Sirius satellite radio bands.
The voltage regulator can supply loads up to 200 mA, and has a 5 to 12-V adjustable output voltage. The AEC-Q100qualified device is protected against overtemperature, overcurrent, and short circuit of the output. It is available in a SSOP-14 EP (exposed pad) package.
