VPX card provides 256 Gbytes of SS storage

The VPX3-FSM flash storage module is a rugged solid-state SATA storage VPX card that includes a NIST-certified 256-bit AES data encryption capability. The card provides 256 Gbytes of SLC NAND flash and is rated at 160 Mbytes/s read/writes when configured as RAID0 and 75 Mbytes/s per port in a JBOD configuration.

The 3U VPX (VITA 46) or VPX-REDI (VITA 48.2) form factor cards MCU monitors temperature, power, and error conditions and provides bit status to a host SBC over either RS-232 or I2C. Power consumption is 12.5 W typ, 17.5 W max. (From $12,000 — available 4th qtr.)
