VSAT power amps measure 5 x 5 mm

Used for Ka-band VSAT ground terminal applications, the 2-W AMMP-6413 and 4-W AMMP-6415 PAs are offered in 5 x 5-mm SMT packages. These devices operate between 13.75 and 14.5 GHz.

In the operational band, these devices provide 33 dBm and 36 dBm of output power and 29 dB of small-signal gain. In addition, they offer an ESD protection of 50-V MM and 150-V HBM. (Ea/10,000: AMMP-6413, $20; AMMP-6415, $25 available now.)
