WCDMA PAs integrate directional coupler

Suited for universal mobile telecommunications system applications, the single-band SKY77186/87/88/89/91 and dual-band SKY77195/96 WCDMA power amplifiers integrate the directional coupler. The SKY77186 supports Band I and operates at 1,920 to 1,980 MHz, the SKY77187 for Band II operates from 1,850 to 1,910 MHz, the SKY77188 for Band V and VI operates from 824 to 849 MHz, the SKY77189 for Band VIII operates from 880 to 915 MHz, and the SKY77191 for Band IV, IX, and X operates from 1,710 to 1,785 MHz.

The SKY77195 for Bands I and VIII operates at 1,920 to 1,980 MHz and 880 to 915 MHz and the SKY77196 for Bands II and V operate from 1,850 to 1,910 MHz and 824 to 849 MHz. The five single-band PAs measure 3 x 3 mm, while the two dual-band parts measure 4 x 5 mm. (Contact Sales for pricing available now.)
