Wet tantalum modules endure shock, vibration
The TWM Series wet electrolytic tantalum module is manufactured and tested to 93026 specifications and can withstand the harsh shock and vibration requirements of M39006. The module provides capacitance values up to 6,600 µf at 25 V, and up to 450 µf at 125 rated V.
The series operates in temperature range of –55° to 125°C and is available in a 93026 case sizes including T3 (D case, up to 100 µF in 125 Vdc) through T4 (E case up to 150 µF in 125 Vdc). (From $200 ea/large qty — 10 weeks ARO.)
