The Withings WBP02 home monitor camera can function as a webcam or baby monitor and its added features make it attractive to consumers. It has responsive push alerts and an air quality sensor to give users ongoing access to carbon-based toxic readings. The device has live streaming, two-way talk, night vision, motion, sound, and even air quality alerts.

At 75.1 x 75.1 x 86.4 mm, the camera is packed with extras.  It’s equipped with a 3-axis MEMS accelerometer, a digital relative humidity and temperature sensor, an air quality MEMS sensor, and ambient light sensor. The camera itself is a 5 MP BSI CMOS capable of shooting an ultra-wide angle up to 135 degrees, 12 times the zoom, and 1080p video mode. It features audio and motion detection technology, a built-in LED illuminator, and an infrared cut filter. 

The home monitor camera is compatible with the iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6, iPhone 5S, iPhone 5C, iPhone 5, iPhone 4S, iPad Air, iPad mini w/ Retina display, iPad (4th gen), iPad (3rd gen), iPad mini, and the iPod touch (5th gen). Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 2×2 MIMO (2.4 GHz), Bluetooth 4.0 LE, USB 2.0, microUSB 2.0, and Ethernet 10/100 Mbps. The Withings home monitor camera is available at retail for $219.95, only in brown and white.
