Targeting feature phone designs, the AAT3176 flash driver and the AAT3351 white LED driver are housed in 10-pin TDFN and either a 14-pin TSOPJW or 12-pin TDFN33 packages, respectively. Features include a supply voltage from 2.7 to 5.5 V, an output current up to 500 mA, a two-mode charge pump operation (1X and 2X), and a S2 Cwire interface.
The AAT3351 is capable of driving up to 4 white LEDs at up to 30 mA each. Features 1X and 1.5X modes, 1-MHz switching, S2 Cwire serial digital interface frequency, an LED current output accuracy of ±10%, LED current matching of 3%, automatic soft-start circuitry and built-in short-circuit protection.
