Wideband differential amp offers lowest distortion
The ISL55211 wideband differential amplifier is claimed to offer the lowest IM3 distortion at less than –100 dBc and an output noise of less than 10 nV/√Hz. The amplifier provides three fixed gain settings of 2x, 4x, and 5x, and maintains a constant 1.4-GHz bandwidth.
It requires only a single 3.3-V power supply and consumes 35-mA quiescent current (155 mW). Housed in a 16-pin TQFN package, the part features a slew rate of 5,600 V/µs. (From $3.75 ea/1,000 — available now.)
