The HMC-C057 pHEMT MMIC power amplifier module is used in microwave radio, VSAT, military, and space, fiber-optic, and broadband test equipment applications from 100 MHz to 20 GHz. The amplifier provides 12 dB of gain, up to 36 dBm output IP3, and up to 28 dBm of output power at 1-dB gain compression.
Specified for operation from 0 to 85C, the part exhibits a gain flatness from 2 to 12 GHz. The amplifier I/Os are internally matched to 50 Ω and are dc blocked. Packaged in a miniature hermetic module with replaceable SMA connectors, the HMC-C057 integrates voltage regulators and offers internal bias sequencing circuitry. ($1,990 ea/10 — available now.)
