Wire termination pins, receptacles suit cables, harnesses, connectors

Three pins (part numbers 1140-0-01-80-00-00-03-0, 1160-0-01-80-00-00-03-0, and 1178-0-01-80-00-00-03-0) and three corresponding receptacles (PNs 0740-0-18-80-34-27-10-0, 0760-0-18-80-13-27-10-0, and 0778-0-18-80-07-27-10-0) feature solder cups for easy and efficient soldering of wires and are precision-machined to provide consistent and reliable interconnections. They are well-suited for use not only in cable and wire harness applications, but also for assembling into connector configurations per specification, as they all incorporate press-fit features on the barrels.

Each pair is designed to support wire gauges of 20, 16, or 14 AWG. Receptacles have a two-piece construction with a precision-machined outer shell and a stamped beryllium-copper internal contact. The receptacle inner contact is 30 µin. gold-plated for durability and conductivity. Pins and receptacle shells are plated pure tin, matte finish, ready to accept solder.
