The next-generation SimpleLink SensorTag development kit enables easy and quick integration of sensor data with wireless cloud connectivity. The kit comes in Bluetooth low energy, 6LoWPAN, and ZigBee versions and uses an ultra-low power CC2650 wireless microcontroller.
The tag has ten integrated low-power sensors with the industry's lowest power consumption for multi-year battery life. The kits include ready-to-use protocol stacks, a Code Composer Studio IDE license, an iOS or Android app, and online software development tools and E2E community support. 29$ each, available now. DevPack plug-in modules can extend the kits' functionality. A Wi-Fi version will be introduced soon.
