Targeting 802.11a/n/ac applications, the TQP887051 full WLAN front-end module contains 5 GHz PA, directional detector, front-end SPDT switch, and LNA with bypass mode. The architecture and interface are optimized for next generation WLAN integration into handset devices. Some specifications include a frequency of 5.15 to 5.85 MHz, a Pout of 16 dBm, an EVM of 1.78%, and a gain of 27 dB.
