Workstation RAMDAC includes PLL
The 150-MHz Bt445 RAMDAC is a software-compatible triple 256 x 8-bit
upgrade to the Bt458 RAMDAC. It runs up to 24-bit true color at 1,280 x 1,
024 pixels. The RAMDAC has a PLL on board with a M/N multiplier-divisor
scheme to run many pixel rates from one crystal. It also provides clock
outputs for the rest of a video subsystem. ($76 ea/100–samples now.)
