X-band SPDT switch boasts low insertion loss, high isolation

The MASW-011021 surface mountable X-Band monolithic SPDT switch is designed for high power and high performance applications. Packaged as a surface mountable die, the part boasts low insertion loss of 0.65 dB and a high input to output isolation at 36 dB.

Addtional features include a return loss of 15 dB, a power handling level of 20 W, and a switching speed of 130 ns. Also voltage rating is 200 V and frequency range is 8 to 12 GHz.

The surface mount chipscale configuration is designed with minimal parasitic inductances and capacitances that are usually associated with hybrid MIC designs.
