Three additions to the GRM monolithic ceramic capacitor series each provide over 100 µF. The 1206 GRM31CR60J157ME11 provides 150 µF at 6.3 V; the 1206 GRM31CR60J227ME11 220 µF at 6.3 V; the 1210 GRM32ER60G337ME05 330 µF at 4 V.
All devices have an X5R temperature characteristic, ±20% tolerance, and a -55° to 85°C operating range. The capacitors are said to deliver better ESR characteristics and compactness, compared with polymer capacitors often used in this capacitance range. From $0.19 ea/2,000.
