XO HCMOS series offers tight stabilities

The FXO-HC32 series of XO HCMOS oscillators joins the extended XpressO family as a 2.5-V version of the 3.2 x 2.5-mm-packaged oscillators, offering stabilities as tight as ±25 ppm and a wide frequency range of 0.75 to 180 MHz. With the ability to operate in a temperature range of –20° to 70°C or –40° to 85°C and available frequency resolution to six decimal places, the series is ideal for applications that require low jitter in an exceptionally compact, cost-effective package.

The series has reduced noise levels comparable to traditional bulk quartz and SAW oscillators by using the third-order delta-sigma modulator. The oscillators also offer extremely low jitter of less than 1 ps. (Contact company for pricing — samples, 1 to 2 days; prod qty, 10 days ARO.)
