ZIF socket for burn-in The series 652 SOP zero insertion force (ZIF) socket has an open top design to facilitate loading of ICs. It is designed for 150 degreesC burn-in and is good for 10,000 burn-in cycles. The socket has a UL 94V-0-rated, high-temperature thermoplastic body and gold-plated, beryllium copper contacts.
