8-bit MCU features 16 Kbytes of flash

The MC908QC16 8-bit microcontroller features low-cost, a small 16-pin TSSOP package, and 16 Kbytes of flash. The chip targets low-end consumer and industrial applications and operates at 2.2 to 5.5 V over −40 to 125C.

The device has a 32-MHz HC08 core, a 10-bit A/D converter, a clock oscillator, a four-channel 16-bit timer, an Enhanced serial communications interface, and an SPI interface. ($1.94 ea/10,000available now.)
